Ok, now to share with you The Whimsy … You may be thinking: gosh, Heather, this looks an awful lot like The Isabella from your semi custom exclusive website template collection … and you’d be right! The Isabella has been a HUGE favorite from my collection and I wanted something else that had a similar vibe, but had enough differences to keep it strong on its own … and I believe I nailed it ;) … The Whimsy is image ‘heavy’ with keeping true to being easy, breezy, and beautiful … did I just quote CoverGirl??

For the portfolio page, I took the layout from The Harlow and added a soft grey backdrop … I really love this combo together for The Whimsy!!

One of the differences between The Isabella and The Whimsy comes into play on the mobile version of the website … I love how the single image stays above the two overlapping images that slideshow through … a mockup of the mobile site is below!
