Homepage Help: You Have 5 Seconds to Keep Someone Around and Wanting to Click More
I have a project on my desk right now that is DAYS away from being launched!! I have know Robyn for YEARS ... she and I worked together often during the good ole days of Style Unveiled ... and I always wanted her to have a freshly designed website for Red Letter Event Planning ... currently her homepage looks like this:
When she came to me a few months ago to get on my calendar I IMMEDIATELY knew what was needed for her homepage. Robyn coordinates weddings in a BEAUTIFUL area ... a place that brides come to for their destination wedding ... greenery, lakes, mountains, fresh air ... I wanted that to be the FIRST feeling upon clicking into Robyn's new website. I created a concept for Red Letter Event Planning that makes the visitor feel like they are in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and the inland Northwest. I selected images from one of her shoots that tells someone in under 5 seconds exactly what they'd get with a wedding in Robyn's location .. here is a sneak peek:

I get butterflies for a client right before their website is about to go live ... it's an amazing feeling!! I just had to share this sneak peek ... eek!! The day is almost here!!
